did you know how to change a life of a smoker????? is it possible?????

Yes, it is possible =) I smoked for 14 years, pretty much a pack a day. Today, I have been clean of smokes for over 7 years. It is "power of the mind". What I did was memorize as much as I could from those anti-smoking posters (you know the one which states ALL of the nasty chemicals and what they do to you as you puff away). Then, EVERY time I had a smoke, I would tell myself over and over all about the harm it was doing to my body. After about 6 months of this, it got to the point where a single drag was enough to make me want to throw up. Also, try telling yourself how much better you will feel when you have quit and how much money you will save ;-)

absolutely and definitely YES! I tried to smoke before and realize that Im starting to get addicted to it... well I dont really stop instantly.. 1. I did it slowly 2. Set my goal. 3. Follow rules that I made. 4. and the most important thing is SELF CONTROL!! 5. I almost forgot.. I tried to look for substitute like for example chewing gum,candies even chocolate, and drinking juice or plain water... Luckily Ive won :) hope this few advice..helps..:)
