Why do a lot of girls sleep with stuff toys

One of my male classmates asked me one time about this question. It was hilarious to see his facial expression. What happened was, he's a foreign student from Iran and was asked by someone to judge a female dormitory in the university. And he told me that when they are checking each room all he noticed was that, not a single bed of these ladies is free from stuff toy! And he even added that these were college students.
He came to me asked me this question. I answered him with an honest opinion and base from my experience. But did you ever asked this question too?

They want something to cuddle. It's natural. I have found now that I'm an adult I have a tendency to hug a pillow when I go to bed. I've often wondered why but I'm not the only family member whom does this.

I wish I knew. I cuddle my dog too sometimes. But that is only to show him love.

haha no I never asked this question because I'm a girl, I just like to have stuffed animals on my bed. Back when I was smaller, I named all my stuffed animals, I put blankets on them while they still stay on the bed 
, for those who were popular got to sleep right next to me for the nights, otherwise, they stay at the end or the side of my bed. Now I have stuffed animals in my room but not on my bed anymore with my husband.

A lot of times :) I can understand stuff toys on one's bed. It may serve as a pillow or something. But what I can't understand until now is why grown ladies still have stuffed toys inside their cars. I mean, it really baffles me that some even cram a lot of these toys on the rear windshield of the car. To think that they have already one or two on the backseat already. Some even have stuffed toys covering the headrest of the car's seats.

Hello dheckerz!
Lol this is one question without answer.Nobody can tell why.Its just female mind.But this is what i think they do it to look cute or to look like kids.I'm not sure.Or if they are alone the stuff toy replaces a living thing.They hug it,kiss it and it just substitutes a person.Lets see what will other people say.

Now that's a good question. I slept, and still sleep with stuff toys on my bed, and I've never thought of asking why I do. xD
But anyway, yes, these toys do give me a sense of security. It's like I'm never out of company. When I sleep, I could use their warmth and softness for comfort. And whenever I feel down, and I got no one to talk to, I usually use them as absorbers, as listeners.

Hi. dheckerz. I think that it means that they are still attached to this stuffed toy. Something about this toy still moves them. It could be for various reasons. When I was a teenager, I liked stuffed bears on my bed. But now I have grown out of it ever since I was an adult.

i dont have much of that when i was young. i have this little teddy, it's color brown with a red lace tied around its neck that i used to hold whenever i'm lying on my bed. it's not of a habit but it's there.. hehehe.. i don't crave for more and i can just sleep fine without it.
im a girl too but i think it depends if you like it or not. hehehehe.. what's it for anyway..? hahahah..

There are girls who like toys.
Some feel better in bed with toys... maybe they feel lonely and in the toys thew see friend, I don't now.. :D I sleep with my boyfriend :) and i think it is normal.
But some girls not boyfriends, then need stuff toys...
I really don't now!!!! :) Ask girs who have this toys!!!

every girl need a company, and she always feel dependent with other. just like being need with a shoulder to cry on.
while boys are hope to be strong and can face their problems on their own.
you will see that many girls will talk to someone or something about her problems and try to solve it together.
