Developing Web Pages using ASP.NEt.

I would recommend downloading Visual Web Developer Express from Microsoft at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vwd/ It will let you drag and drop design your pages, and write a lot of the ASP.NET code for you, then you can go in and take a look at the code it creates, so you can design future pages by hand if you want to.
