Almost all Indian movies have songs. Let it be sentimental, romantic, tragedy, in every scene there is a scope of incorporating a song.We don't find this in other country movies. I love such movies which dont have songs. Movies with songs are far from reality. They don't make us involve in the movie. Many in the theaters take a break,if a song is coming up. What about you? Do you love such movies?

Yes, I do love them. Specially when the song is super related to every scene in the movie. It's like you're watching the movie again while you're listening to the music.

Well so far I love movies with soundtracks like the movie Jennifer's Body. I love the song Through the Trees. It was used there. But you know i was able to see Indian movies and I personally think it is nice. The plot, the actors and actresses were great. Here in the Philippines way back, there are also portions where they stop and sing. But now I rarely see this scheme. It's more of a soundtrack now. Perhaps it has something to do with the present trend.

Traditions and cultures are reflected in the movies, I would say. Yes, I have seen Indian movies, and they have songs and dances too. The songs are quite beautiful and enchanting. I don't understand the words, but I suppose they are linked to the theme of the movie.

In some movies, I do enjoy the songs. It's not always the case, as I don't always find that the songs are always good or enjoyable. But there are some that I just can't help but enjoy.

Yes, I love it too! And now even televison series there's 'Glee', which is just like what you mentioned, incorporating scenes in a show with music. Yes, music do brings life to a movie/television show, because as you all know... No music is equals to no life!

I love music,I think the stand or fall of music for movies plays very important role, sadness and marry, gentle songs will allow movie theme colour more clearly ,so, I am listening to music in the movie!

i wouldn't agree with that because i love the songs in the movie. not all the movie. but some of the movie. the songs in it make me feel that i'm in heaven. i always try to copy to sing like that but that would never happend. the romatic song and melodies. but iwould agree with you that the song in the film wouldn't match with the scene in the film.

It depends on the movie...like Disney movies I love the songs and listen to them even while not watching the movie....there are some that dont help but usually I feel it brings the movie together more. But, I am a music person and thats just my own opinion. :)

I like songs the most. Because according to me , without songs, the bollywood movies would be very incomplete. The songs of indian bollywood movies are not only songs, they contain the feeling of the movie, the attraction or impression to watch the movie. If you just only hear the song, that will not make any sense, but if you realize the song and hear it, you will really like it.Some do reaaly take a break, but not all songs are like break taking !

I love to listen the melody songs. Especially the Indian great music director A.R.Rahman and Dirctor Maniratnam combination movies is highlight for songs only. Gitanjali,Jodi,Bombe,Ravan,...etc., many love hits are there.

As far as the bollywood movies are concerned songs are a definite must.We Indians being a beet dramatic like the feeling of singing on all occasions.Right from the melodious songs by lata and kishore to shaan and shreya have entertained us a lot.I disagree with you on the fact that they dont make us involved in the movie, there are thousands of songs which I can list out which makes every bit of an Indian heart jump a bit.But of late we have been getting a lot of item numbers which are far from reallity. But a bollywood movie without a song is still a no no atleast now.
