yes it can be..because u need certain quantifiable units to measure one's success..after all u can't say that a business is succesful unless it earns money..or for that matter a person is succesfull unless he is erning money..there would be things like relationships and emotions but if u go by economic logic everyhting can be quantified..

Well it kinda depends on the persons goal... If you consider earn a lot of cash be sucessfull then yes, if you value friendship more for instance i say no
