I don't understand that varify paypal through Onbux.

Someone tell me the way of varify paypal. He said that earn money at Onbux and cashout to Liberty Reserve. Then go to buy Virtual Credit Card and verify paypal. I don't understand. Can someone explain to me? Thank.

Liberty Reserve is not that much trustable.Don't you have an international debit card? You can use that too to verify your PayPal account.

No Credit Card!? No Debit Card!!? I see its impossible then.Because you must have at least any one card to get your PayPal account verified.
