What can you do if got massage from paypal that your paypal account appeal denied. Have I make a new account or just wait and see?

Hi eshatea, maybe your address in the documents doesn't match with your address in PayPal account. You must re-contact them to get the answer why your appeal has been denied. If you wait, possible your account still not resolved.

What do you mean? Are your application to have a paypal account was denied? If it was me, I will wait for 1 week then apply again. Do you see the list of countries paypal available? You should check thoroughly in the website.

my friend in newyork send me $10, paypal ask to me to send ID Card, CC statement and copy of account bank... after I do that I accepted paypal appeal denied

It would depend on what's going on. Whenever I had a deadbeat do a charge back to me I was out the money. One time I was even out a fee for them being deadbeats. You have to be careful with who you are dealing with on Pay Pal and Ebay.

I didnot understand what you told denied. But in paypal there will be some times acc will get limited due to many reasons. Becoz you might be an unverified user or have too many transactions and paypal will put ur acc on hold for some time..this might vary ...depends on the case.

I think you should wait for some moments while figure out the reason of the denied, then you can make new account.
