why do ppl always say that spiders are more scared of you than you are of them when youve a phobia? im petrified of them and i dont care how scared they are of me i just know i absolutely cant cope with them

I think a lot of the time, people who are scared of spiders don't have an actual phobia so in most cases, the spider would be more scared of you. Imagine what it must be like for the spider. You are thousands, possibly millions, of times bigger and you can flush the spider away. I noticed you are from England so in that case, it's not likely that you'll find a spider which can kill you! Saying that, I do see what you mean, if you have a phobia then it is really awful and you couldn't believe that anything or anyone could be more scared than you are.

thanks for response, the only thing is if there paranoia is as bad as mine then they probably are just as scared lol
