Losing your weight isn't easy. You should have a lot of inspiration and do a lot of efforts to achieve your goal. The only key for it is self discipline.

That's right! Myself right now I am doing my best to at less junk food and start eatting more and mor healthy food like vegetables and fruits. I'm also cooking some healthy food to take with me at work because if I don't do so I will end up buying food from take aways and shops of that kind!!

Still you should have some exercise to maintain physically fit. You must never starve yourself so that there will be no complications will arise.

that's quite true!! this is what I lack in... I am super lazy to maintain myself fit. i really struggle to go out for a jog and my job is in an office which is worse for me... i need someone to encourage me hehe

Hi Dexie, I was enrolled in a yoga class back in 2008. My yogist introduction was " FOOD IS NOT OUR ENEMY, HUNGER DOES." During that time I was given a food chart list to follow. Still Carbo was present in the list, less fatty foods less sugar. I was told not to skip a meal, instead if you feel you need food eat in a right way. When you're eating chew the food into real tiny pieces before swallowing it and if you finish foods in a plate simply rest first and drink 2 glasses of water. do not get another batch of food yet. As our brain will take 20 minutes to absorb that our stomach is already full.

I definitely agree. Discipline and your desire and determination to lose weight is a very important factor

One mylotter friend told me if I want to be thin, then I have to change my lifestyle. Getting thin is not only the exercise and food. Its is mainly on your lifestyle and by changing it with good self discipline you will get to the weight you want. Eg. never sleeps after eat, never sits at the computer for hours although I always do that, take a dog for a walk and doing household chores really helps a lot. I lost 6 kgs by doing household chores. I was too lazy before but I promise myself I will be hardworking this time.
