I am on limited income RM100 a month. Do you think I can live with little money? Food here is at least RM5. I live with my parents. I have internet at home but I do not have to pay. It is paid by my father.

It sounds hard, you've just said that food is $5. Times that by the 30 days of the month and you're already over budget. I'm sure you can live on it, but it sounds like it will be very difficult. Good luck.

OMG! When I think of $100, I am sick you know. Even I go out to work, I am also depressed about that. I hope this new year is going to be a good one for me!

US$100 here in the Philippines is equivalent to around 4,300 Php which is too low for daily needs in a month. The international Economy today is getting tight as a result of recent and ongoing middle east unrests, The disaster that hit Japan etc.

It would be very difficult to do so. $100 is very little to live on. If I lived with my parents, I might be able to do, but I think that it might still be difficult to do, even if I did still lived with my parents.

This is totally not possible for me to live, my monthly household expenses will be as high as $4000 sometime, so, it is not possible to live with $100. What can we buy with just $100 for today, it is not even sufficient to pay for my half month vehicle petrol.

If you do not have to pay for anything then it is enough for you. I can't live with RM100 only in my hand. I need more than that to pay for bills and loan. I am having several projects for myself to earn extra cash so I can develop and have better life.I can't have only one job to earn money so I am having fun doing things I like to earn money- anything even if I can't earn money from it plus I hate my day job very much but I need to stay with it as to make sure I still have money from several sources.

It is a case to case basis. If you are single and living with your parents, I think it would be sufficient to live by. But if you have a family to raise, I don't think so. There are so many things to pay that such amount wouldn't just be enough.

I guess it depends where you are, I live in Australia so the money would be a different value, I had to live on $700 for some months and I found it very hard, I was paying my bills on my credit card... $100 wow that would be hard.

For me 100$ a month is still not enough, because i have to pay everything by myself here. Maybe 200$ a month would be enough for me but it will just "enough".

If you're still living at your parents and you don't have much expenses then you can live with such amount of money. But if you live alone, paying rent, utility bills, food, clothing, then I think it's impossible. I earn $800 only for my part time job and I live in the Philippines. That is enough for me for paying mortgage, my son's school tuition fee, utility bill and food and I can still save an ample amount in my bank account. Mind you that's only part time job.

NO, I don't think I can survive with only RM100 (that is equivalent to US$30). You are lucky that you still have your parents to depend on. There are many things that you can do besides internet earning ... many homebased business opportunities out there, like tuition, maybe. That is good income if you have many students. :)

I think I can live with less than 100 dollars if I myself live with my parents, because they have their insurance fee and still plant paddy-rice and I don't have to buy rice or other food. But if my whole family live together with my parents, then I don't think so.
