VynBux - Ridiculous Terms For Cashout

Just a minute ago I reached the minimum payout of this paying ptc but after I click the cashout button I read this message "You need to have at least 3 direct referrals to request a cashout." As you all know I am clicking alone in almost all of my ptc programs except NeoBux and Ifbux. With this kind of TOS for cashout I need to find 3 DR to cashout my balance. 
This kind of TOS is not good specially those members that they don't have any refs at all and don't have time to find direct referrals.

If you have 3 direct referrals will Vynbux pay and what is the minimum?
I have not followed up anywhere to see if it is a trusted site and I am not a member. If it will help you I will join if you confirm that I will get paid.

I will be active but what about if I find 2 friends to join and they are not active?
Must they be active for you to be paid?

They now became a forced investment site.
Standard members can only cashout once and that could only happen if you have 3 direct referrals. After the first cashout, you'll need to upgrade your account in order to cashout again.
If you can't have 3 direct referrals, then, the only way for you to cashout is to upgrade.

I got to know this several days before from one of mylotters. I think that kind of term is no different from cheating. How come all members got three referrals? If you want to earn 2$, then you need let 3 people to join you. Then how about your referrals? They can't get their payments until they got 3 referrals each. It is ridiculous. It is no different from going scams.
