Does neobux start going to scam?

Hi mylotters!
Today i see the change in neobux, admin has implemented new rules to all of his member, it is the rate earning in fixed advertisment, which make most of members questioning this new rules ..
Is this a sign of a biggest PTC going to scam or is this another good news?
What do you think? Do you one of the member?

I guess we will have to wait and see if neobux turns into a scam. It would be a shame if it does turn into a scam. I wonder how many members that neobux have lost after these lower rates. Maybe there should be a lower payout limit.

I was disappointed to hear this news abou neobux, having only just returned to it recently. It had been one of those sites which at least we could trust. Ok it took time to reach payout, but at least it was consistent and came round eventually. I'm not sure it will be worth bothering with from here on.

I think it's a sign they are losing money, which kind of worries me. If they had to lower the rates by that much, how successful will they be able to stay. It sucks because I think Neobux was the site all of us could count on.
