Which is BEST--- Vista or Windows7 ?

Please enlighten me, I am quite confused as to what to use with my laptop--is it Vista or Windows7? I am at present using Vista and it's quite slow! many advised me of changing it to windows7, should I take heed? What are the advantages of using windows7? thanks for the help!

Vista is, to say it in "geek" words the "Worst Windos Operating System Ever". Ever wondered why they were so quick in getting Windows 7 out?
So, with that said, I think you can answer your question yourself.

hi mjmlagat My son has Vista on his lap top and he seems happy
with it so I am beginning to think its either one as some like
windows 7 which i would love to be able to afford, and some
like Vista better. One thing that will slow down any computer
is if you have your virus protection running all the time. Most
computers slow down a lot when virus protection is running and you also
are trying to do several other programs too. just set your
virus protection to once a week and when you are off doing other'
things. this will speed up your computer a lot.
