Not so many years ago we might have thought when will the latest design or model of the tvs or cellphines come and be released in the market.... Itseemed though that now we get surprised than excited because soon as we buy a new cellphone and has not gotten used to it and its features when we go to the mall we see new models again!-! Wow. I wonder if these companies have a life? Haha i mean wih so may things they think abput just so they can give us new features and to compete with other companies...

hi chiyosan! I don't go after new gadgets or phones. I love the one I have just now. They are all the same, it just an addition of one or two features and various design that make them look different.Sometimes we don't even use the features but simply want to have the new models. That is not a good decision to be made.

Right, I agree with you, most of the time its just additional features indeed, especially on cellular phones and even laptops. What differs is the design and how they market them. he he its evolved so much from what we used to know or see then, but now its so much nicer. :D having that in mind, on the 14th Samsung is to release a new flagship device. I am excited what it has... ;)

Even if I won't buy the new gadgets but I admit that I really excited to see the companies' upcoming events or new gadgets. I like to see what else they will offer to their customer and their latest products. Like to see doesn't mean that we will buy it~(^^)

Hello Chiyosan], I remember when I was a kid, am always fascinated with my olds old fashioned motorola phone. And can't you believe this, when we were fixing our stock room, we were able to find that old mobile phone and it's charger. sadly i know it won't work anymore anyways. as for teh new models, i just wait for it to be old so that i can have it. actually, I always get my brothers old phones as he go for the new ones.

Me too~I always get my sister old phones as she will always buy the new one.I have several old phones which we can't use some while thank god we can still use the other. So I will just keep it or give it to my younger sister. It just like passing the phones from one hand to another.

Technology has changed so much, indeed and its funny how their ancestors looked like. then it was what's huge in size is big in capabilities. Big is good - but now the smaller the better! :D he he Thank you both for you response. apologies that i have came to this discussion now, i thought i already resolved all old discussions, but at least now i will ;) cheers!

Oh, the joy of technology, as I have encountered that myself. I pick out a phone that I really like and has all the features I want, and lo and behold, new ones come out that are even better than the one I bought. It is so hard to know, since we just can't keep up with technology. I kind of wished it would slow down a little, but it just seems to plodding along and more and more things become available. Now, you things like the ipad the motorola xoom and other tabs coming on the scene. I am wondering if they will eventually take the place of cell phones. I don't have one, however, they do look nice, and expensive to boot, and when it comes to cell phones, I will invariably be unhappy with I realize that there are better phones out there. Well, it has always been that way until now, as I changed carriers to get the phone I wanted, and it serves me just fine, so others can come out, I will stay with the one I have. Take care, and have a very good day.

I believe that technology will always have the power and insight to keep moving forward. if this doesn't happen, then technology becomes obsolete and forgotten.

You are right, innovations in technology is always on the run. A cellphone with all the latest features now will be gone by tomorrow and another updated and upgraded feature is added. But if we always long for the latest version, we will end up buying and buying an new phone which is not practical.
