Hi Friends, last week I went to a big brand of saloon for hair cut and told the lady about hair cut. She asked if I have already taken appointment and I had to say no, she said ok ... will manage for you even without appointment as there are boys available for hair cut. After that we took seat and waited for 5 minutes, then she called for payment and I presented the pass for the saloon gifted to me in a event. The moment she saw the pass started talking rudely and said that I need to wait for an hour and than only hair cut will happen as boys are busy. I said what? just now you said that boys are available and hair cut will start in 10 minutes, she again said ... Yes I said but now boy is not available. I got angry and said that ... why did you sell this gift voucher if you do not want to entertain customers coming with this voucher? She said nothing like that but you can understand why she changed her words. Its very bad...
