First you can get one free domain,like here www.dot.tk or www.co.cc , then go to www.0fees.net or www.50webs.com or others to get one free webhost,then you can use zen cart or prestashop or others free website build program,they have much free template,you can use for sale or for blog as you like.I have build 2 website on this way. There are lots of sites offering free websites but you have to pay for hosting fes so you can get your website running. I haven't tried paying for a website and hosting yet, but I heard from friends that they make websites with weebly and some uses blogspot to publish their blogs for free.

there are lots of free blogging sites and some of the famous choices are blogger, tumblr, weebly, wordpress and more. But i suggest you use blogger because you could monetize blogger unlike wordpress.

There are a number of sites but I can't think of them all right now one place though that sticks in my mind is weebly. I do think that paying for creating a website is generally best though with free website creators offering slightly less freedom than a paid one. Are you looking for the hosting to be free?
