Are you spontaneous?

Are you more of a planner or someone that does things at the spur of the moment. I guess I could go both ways. If it involves a bit of money I like to plan ahead but if it involves just to get out of the house and do something fun I don't need a plan. Sometimes I just say "Come on lets go and do something" which most of the time I end up doing it myself cause my honey is not as get up and go like I am. Are you a planner or a doer

Hi sweetie. I'm a doer. Get up and move. I hate sitting and planning. Time consuming and a waste for me. Maybe that's why i'm always in freaking trouble.

Well most of the time I am spontaneous but when I plan for something, i want that plan to be followed and to be exact. If not, I tend to be really grouchy and difficult to deal with. So don't ever make me plan... lol.

So you saying you don't like anybody messing up your plans....I guess after all that planing everything should go according to plan otherwise what's the use of planing something

That's definitely right missy bear.. it's just that i seldom plan so, if i put up some hard work planning, it should follow through, right? Otherwise what's the use of planning. lol. hahah...

I love being spontaneous. But I'm married to a man who craves absolute and total routine.

due to my anxiety disorder I must have things thoroughly planned out I dont like last minute changes Spontaneity has a tendency to send me into a panic attack

I seem to be ablre to accomplish more things if I am a planner. It is what i am comfortable doing. i do enjoy having my moments of spontaneity as well. Not everything in life needs to be planned. i think we lose some of the enjoyment of life if everything is planned and we don't take any chances.

I think that's a good way of looking at it. Some things need to be planed and other are more fun just going out and doing without a plan.

I'm more of a planner than a spontaneous person especially if it involves money so we're more or less the same in that department. Although sometimes it's better to just act spontaneously rather than plan it more particularly if you do know what you have to do. Most of the time, though, if I don't have any idea what to do and I have to act on it, I do a quick weighing and if I won't get enough benefit from the situation, I'll more likely back out from it.

I am not spontaneous. I am a planner. I do not do things at the moment.

I think that I am a little bit of both. I do try to plan for things ahead of time, but sometimes I might do something that is spontaneous. I think that it's a good thing to plan, but even then there should be room for something very spontaneous.

I think you're right, like when you plan a vacation but once you there you just do spontaneous things.

Hey missy! How's one of my bestest gf's doing? I really think we should switch partners. You and my bf are the same types. He can't stand being home and doing nothing, while I'm content to stay home with my computer and just be lazy! I get a little better in the Summer until it get's too hot and the I don't want to go out in the "extreme heat". But, nothing stops him! Not the cold, snow, heat-he can't stand that I'm so lazy. I don't really like to plan, I prefer to get up an go, but I have to usually be "pushed"! It drives him crazy! But, he is also really cheap so he doesn't "push" too hard if it might cost him money!

Well I plan a lot but sometimes it stays as a plan and never gets done.

I would say that I am quite like a planner because I easily get disorientated and easily crash in the midst of pressure. I prefer to have a plan ahead before anything happens. I hate doing spontaneous things. I guess this is just the way I am.

I'm really a bit of both. I do things at the spur of the moment. For instance at the drop of a dime, i'll just go to the movies, without giving it much thought. I'm also a planner, being that i'm a college student, work at home, and work from home, I need some kind of schedule to manage my time. Especially my studying time. With all that being said, i'm definitely both.

You definitely need a plan while you're in school. I know a few people that work 2 jobs and go to school. They always have to plan out there schedule for the week.

Nice question, I am more of a planner if the task is mental in nature, for example, like planning to write 100 hubs on hubpages or even writing one hub! I am more of a doer if the task is physical in nature for example cleaning the room, washing the dishes, because the more I plan for physical work the more-am-not-going-to-do-this-work sets in. So yes I am both a planner and a doer. It just depends on the task assigned.

That's a good way of doing things, and I agree with you on the cleaning. I always don't do the cleaning that I planed on doing
