Life choices

Sometimes I am totally puzzled why people do the things that they do. Sometimes people have talents or skills and seem to have it made then they do something dumb that messes everything up for them.
As I write this I am thinking of two different situations. When I was younger and in college, there was a talented football player on the team. Others said he would be likely to go to the National Football League. Instead the day of the draft, he was in on a robbery and a man was killed so he is spending life in prison. He was chosen for the draft, but it was already too late for him because of the choice he made.
Then last night I pulled up the paper online and one of my previous coworkers in health care is trouble with a felony. She helped plan and carry out a robbery to get her boyfriend out of jail. Now she will be spending time in prison and it is hard to tell what will happen with her two young children. Sometimes I just don't understand life and why people would make these bad choices.

I think it is because many of us doesn't really know what we want in life. I will make myself as an example, In my 35 years of existence I would say that I never accomplish anything yet. I know I have the talent but there's a lot of things and circumstances that hinders me in achieving want I want. There are times in our life that we become so confused because of uncertainty.

We are always learning and growing. That is why at the age of 35, I find myself back in school because I want to learn new things and new people. I like school and learning new things. It keeps the mind fresh.

We will never understand why others does not appreciate what they have and end up in the slums for wrong decisions. Each person has a choice and when you choose one over the other it comes out either negatively or positively. We can never question their choices but what we can do is learn from their examples. That is the best thing we can do in order for us to avoid those things to happen to us.

But it's just the different aspect to see the things. Everybody doesn't get easy life to spend and everybody has got their mind.
Mind can be like hard disk or RAM and in both cases work is different though both are memory...

yes, i don't understand it either why people make the choices they make. we all have free will. we can do what is right or not. everything we do or don't do has a consequence or result. we have to live with our choices and mistakes we may make. it shows us by example if we make these wrong choices, our lives can be over. what a waste of life that is.

it is mostly selfish decisions. all they think is themselves, not thinking of other consequences and people who will be affected.

Wow yes and in both case scenarios it was bad altering life choices unfortunately. Something many do not look back and consider consequences at the time of committing the crimes.
Too bad really because the time they spend in jail would have been the time they would have perhaps spent making positive changes with the bad circumstances.

People make bad choices because of reasons most won't understand. It might be for their own good, it might be that the really had to make the decision, or whatever reason they have. Reality is really an illusion. We see things, form our beliefs around that thing based on what we believe in and that's how we perceive our own reality. Having this individual reality, there will always be times when we might think that the decision that we're making is right but it's actually wrong as others see it. That's also why I think no body should live alone or they won't see the reality as how others see it. Looking into other's eyes can give you more vision and perspective than only using your own eyes.

Yes, people are noted for their impatient and for wanting everything instantly. Too many factors are in it: faith, education, upbringing, environment, willingness and wisdom. I hope they willing to learn this time, or else they would never know how o live normal.

We will never knwo what made them do that, if we will ask them. Only them knows the answer.
What we can only say about them is something that is assumed in our part. Only when we know of their real reasons could we ourselves make our good opinions.

Yes this questions is always in my mind also why the people choose wrong way and bad choice.
Why people not afraid from God why they not think positive and why they dont want to understand the image is also important in life why vanish this image in the community.
