Life has not been rainbows and butterflies. It's full of sadness and pain but you should always believe that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. SO every time I am in a bad place, I will just think that this is another tunnel that I have to pass. Food also helps . Every time I'm stressed out or feel bad about something I usually eat. I actually has one of the moments where I was crying and eating at the same time. It is funny looking back now but I was feeling anything but gleeful at that moment. So I either eat or shop when I feel stressed out, bored or sad.

The most challenging time in my life was when I was 36 weeks pregnant with my disabled son. I found out that he has spina bifida and hydrocephalus at my local hospital. It was a total shock and extremely upsetting. The midwife explained that my baby might not be compatible with life. She arranged for me to go to see the fetal medicine unit in the city 20 miles away. That next day was the worst day of my life. It involved ultrasounds, being asked if I wanted an abortion and I said no way, seeing the special care baby unit and looking around the maternity unit. I had no happiness and was terrified of what was happening. My baby son was born at home and went off to hospital in an ambulance. I was feeling sad and low so one Saturday I took a day out to Weymouth on the Dorset Coast. I visited the subtropical garden in a village nearby and sandy beach in the town. It made me feel a lot happier and some hope for my baby son's future. Now my disabled son is a happy little three year old. Right now life is a bit boring staying in a lot due to my disabled son having leg plasters on. I like to read books and shop on the Internet. I have done a little bit of gardening too. I like to get out and about and so staying at home can get boring you see.

yours is a very common question. I recite "life is a tale told by an idiot full of sounds and fury signifying nothing!" I forget that I am leading a life. I walk alone in the streets! i never think of money when I am in depression. i think about the people like insects roaming across the world and many more...........
