Three OFWs convicted of of drug trafficking were executed in China today. They claimed that they were not aware of what they were carrying but we were not given the truth of it. They were executed and Philippine government was not able to save them though I guess they made an effort to do so. I hope that this incident may serve a lesson to everybody. Whenever we go abroad, whatever purpose it is, travel or work, we should be very much careful. My condolences.

Hi dexterous: I agree with you on the fact that people should be more careful in these cases but for the criminals, I don't think this will give them a lesson. There always be people that will do these bad things for the money even if the know that they'd die in case they'll be caught.

Yes, it's really sad about what happened to them but I don't believe that they don't know what they were carrying. But anyway, yes, this will definitely serve as a lesson to the Filipino people. Poverty isn't a reason to make stupid things, sometimes, it's just greed.

This is true,everyone must learned from this.
If those people are really innocent,let's be alert then.
Don't trust even with your agent,employer when asking you to take/bring their things.
We should learned from what happened to them.
If they are really guilty...hope this will be a warning to those who are doing such work ....so no more life to be wasted because of illegal jobs.

I'm really sad about what happened to them. I can't even imagine if it was one of my family members. A lesson should be learn, make sure that your employees could be trusted.
