This is turning out to be a very tight match now. India made a very competitive total. At first it looked as if we can bat out the Pakistan team. But, in the end the total to chase is only 261 which is not a very easy total to defend and so now the important thing is can we rely on our bowlers and hope they will do what they are suppose to do and do that well and stop the team from chasing down the score.
Really this is a good game and right now India for sure needs to take wickets and then only can the slow bowlers come in to play. Our fielding now is good but then too pressure should follow with wickets and we are not able to get wickets.

Hi amitabh,
The total of 260 is not a big total to chase provided their batsmen show solidarity. By now Pakistan has lost two wickets and the run rate in below five.
If the Indian players can check the run flow they can expect a win here or else SL would be playing with Pak the final game.

If thee is no quick succession in falling of wickets know that India have lost the game.

Yuvraj catched...it is now 106/3...now it is much better...
Wickets are falling and runs are checked...

Sri Lanka versus Pakistan is not bad, but I think India deserve it...
Indian player are able to check the run flow till now... it is 100/2 in 23 overs...

Pakistan started really well, but then Zaheer came back to do the trick. He struck to take the wicket of Akmal. So far whatever we have seen of Nehra, it looks like a dumb selection over Ashwin. I think selection of Nehra will cost India a total of around 20 runs.

If Pakistan needs 20 runs in 6 balls to win the match and Nehra is bowler....it is quite possible for Pakistan to win...

I saw in news that India will lose this match... its all done by match fixer.. :( now lets see how much truth it is.. I hope India will win :) I dont hav any Idea why Nehra is playing?? may b dhoni having some faith in him :P

you are right, Nehra is there because of grace of Dhoni only...
One of my friend was also saying that he knows the match is already fixed and that is why Sachin was dropped for 6 times...

One wicket down...not bad!
Well yes, Pakistan payed well in the first inning and did not allow India to make a big total...
India have players like Zaheer Khan, Harbhajan Singh, Munaf Patel...
and don't forget Yuvraj Singh, Virendra Sahwag, Master blaster...they have taken many wickets in the past...
India is going to win this Match...

In the end, it was India, it is always india, right? Now we have beaten pakistan once again in the world cup.
