got hooked with Zumba

Many of us wanted to lose weight. But some don't have time to go to the gym, or find it hard to go on a diet. But for me, the most effective loss weight program was the Zumba fitness. It's not a very heavy workout. Not as hard as the sit ups that you do to get those abs. It's just like dancing. This Zumba workout is very enjoyable. I get to lose weight while doing my hobby. It will really help you sweat a lot an burn those extra pounds. Losing weight has never been this fun.

I am not familiar with zumba up until now. I looked it up on the internet how this is done and found out that it's actually sort of a dance routine/ dance fitness program. It looks enjoyable. Maybe I could try doing this on the weekends to get those unwanted fats off. Thanks for sharing by the way.

Zumba is really enjoyable. I think you should try it. It's very effective for weight loss. For me, I've lost three kilos in just four days. I was actually shocked that i lost weight that fast just by doing Zumba everyday.

That is so cool. 3 kgs in just four days? Wow! I should probably try it some time. By the way, how long do you do zumba in a day? Does it take an hour or two?

I do it around 40 minutes to an hour everyday. And what's good about Zumba, it triggers all your body parts like abs, legs and arms so it will be balanced. Now, I feel lighter and healthier.

Zumba is awesome!! I just recently started it and while I havent lost a ton of weight, my body is starting to change. It feels good to just dance and get to let lose. The thing I love about it most though is that it is so much fun that its like your not even working out! It is amazing and I have reccomened it to so many people!

That's also what i love about Zumba. You won't feel like you're working out. You will enjoy the dance steps. I was extremely happy that i started to lose weight and my abs are starting to form. I used to do sit ups and crunches but I see no results. I only hurt my back and my neck. But with Zumba, i enjoy every bit of it.

Well I do the famous breathing exercises taught by Ramdev Baba of India, it sets one's weight right, if over weight you lose, if underweight you gain, then it remains constant, i was 105 kg but now it is 95kg, i feel lighter.. i have heard about zumba from a friend in Davao, i was there Thanks for sharing Cheers.
