My Choice~

Today i have decided to choose how i live. I chose not to be depressed anymore and to get over what i'm feeling for the past few days. I chose to be happy from now on and not to think of things that might depress me. I chose to be happy with whatever the situation is. A friend told me today that being depressed is something that is psychological and i can change that. Nobody else can help me but myself and he said that i should choose not to be affected by anything. Thanks to that friend, i have stopped crying and chose to live life like i used to be - cheerful and always happy.

Hi toni Hey did you and I get ourselves in similar situations recently I too started quite a similar discussion today and not only this, I am implementing or trying to get myself out of the issues too You have a great friend in that person who mentioned that you should choose not to be affected by anything... I was started to get affected by my laziness and other issues and I too have decided NO MORE OF THIS FOR ME. Good feeling that we are starting the repair work and I hope we both would be in charge of the things as we were soon

We should encourage each other and try to watch out for each other. I feel good now and hearing this from you i feel even better. What my friend said suddenly hit me like a magic wand and it has changed my perception. So now i'm just looking forward to having a good day.

That's good. Your friend is correct, what you feel is only psychological. Don't be depressed with things you don't know why. We all pass this stage wherein we experience self pity, but it should let you to drown yourself. After crying sometime, it's time you cheer up and move on. Consider power of attraction, think of the beautiful feelings and beautiful things to happen in your life and you will be attracting good vibes and live your life happily.

This was the right thing to do. Life is too short to be wasted in tears, anxiety, depressions and lack of will to live. You have chosen the right path and I think you should be grateful to your friend. She was right that depression is a psychological condition and in most cases it's up to the individual's will and strength to get out of it. Despite all the miseries lately happening around the world and to any of us in personal, life is wonderful and each one of us deserves to have a brilliant life. Good luck to you!

Hello toniganzon,I believe living a peaceful happy life is one sort of habbit.Everybodies life is full of ups and down,and everybody some time or the other gets depressed.The best way to get out of situation is to live a positive life, much you think about your pains, pains will increase and you get depression,and you have anice friend with you and you are lucky enough, blaming and crying dont solve anything but face the world positively and accept life as it comes is the best policy to live a happy and peaceful life.Thanks

Hey toni, Being happy is not only good for your mental health but also for your physical health.Depression can cause many kinds of damage in human body.But your friend is absolutely correct you can very easily overcome the depression with positive frame of mind. Whenever you feel depressed,remind happiest moments or biggest achievements of your life.You will definately have smile on your face with this idea.Friends are always helpfull in such kind of situations Happy mylotting.

I am glad that amidst your difficult times you found something to be happy and to be thankful about. :) your life boils down to the choices you make. Lucky enough you made the right choice when it comes to friends. At least you've got someone to remind you that happiness is a matter of choice the moment you forget it. :)
