I just got back to using mylot. I rested for a little while because I just got tired of typing and commenting and thinking of words to say. But now, I missed it after 6 months of being inactive. Yey! How about you? Have you experienced being inactive in mylot? And if so, why?

I have only been inactive for 9 days last February and that because our area was completely out service with the internet. I can't say to date that I have been tired of myLot but there are days I have so many other things off-line that it is best not myLot under too much pressure. There are also some days when some discussions seem to be a bit repetitive but then I can enjoy PM with some members and time flies and time to stop. Anytime it has seems like it is a bit too much I have taken several breaks and come back to see if anything is interesting.

Wow! I applaud you for only being inactive for days, and didn't reach weeks or months. I was inactive for quite a long time that it made me miss mylot so much and now and so much active than ever and i loved it even more.. Glad you are really having fun.. Do you think you would ever be inactive in mylot for months?

See some use myspace and facebook I use myLot, with me there are times despite my high activity that I spend hours in personal messaging with friends. I have developed some friends on here that we have pm and sent personal e-cards, I also have spoken to two on the phone from different parts of the country several times. So unless I have dire emergencies I do not plan on being in-active. I may slow down but not necessarily in-active.

I have been inactive for almost 6 months on mylot. That was the time we were too busy attending to my 3 year old son, Who is turning 4 on the 9th of April. And now that he is already free from apnea. I now have more time to mylot and be active once again.

That's good to hear. Good thing your problem with your son's apnea is now gone and you can now continue doing mylot. Thanks for the response...

I've been a member for a little over a year. I go through phases. I get tired of the same discussions -- what browser do you use, is [insert name here] a scam site, do you use cream in your coffee, blah, blah, blah, so I will go for weeks without even checking in, because I think if I read one more post about the best way to make money online, I will SCREAM!

I agree on you on that. I also got bored with the same discussions posted daily/weekly.. Posting the same comments you've posted before is sometimes tiring for me.

Here 5 years, cashed out only 3 or 4 times. Talk about being inactive. My heard was never fully into it until recently when I clued into the fact that this site was sticking around and not bailing out like other ones did. I'm waiting for another payment and will be trying to stay more active as time goes on.

Oh.. I've never really thought that mylot was that old, 5 years.. Good thing they didn't deactivate your account after being inactive for a long time... I have cashed out twice since last year. Now Im still far from cashing out. thanks for responding..

I was somewhat tired of it, too. I only posted two days in March. The last time I paid was December. I've only earned $1.48 in the past three months. Now I'm back. I really want to get paid in May!

I usually go on and off here on mylot. I just don't feel like commenting on duplicate topics at times and answering or commenting on most likely the same discussions. The longest time that I rested from mylot is a year I think. And my funds are still isn't moving :)) I haven't even received a single cashout on mylot yet. I just come back whenever I want to, and when I feel like browsing new thoughts from different people. :)

Nope. I love it here, I never saw an enviroment like this. People are friendly, MyLot staff is organized, they put order in here and yet we make money. I couldn't ask for more. I love it here and I think who doesn't blog can have the same therapy in here, to express our selves is so great. And for those who are feeling stressed or want to have a hobby I would suggest to add to MyLot talking a blog, everyone should blog cause it's great :D

I joined My Lot in 2008 and at that time I was pregnant with my disabled son. Every day when I am at home I go on to fantastic My Lot. Though when I travel it can be challenging to go on lovely My Lot as much as I like to. I take my net book with me to go on excellent My Lot when I go off traveling. With its small screen and tiny keys it is difficult to do much on My Lot. I prefer the size and ease of use on my laptop which I keep at home. Some days I find loads of interesting discussions on My Lot and other days I struggle to find many discussions that appeal to me. I have my favorite topics of discussions on My Lot. If there aren't any new discussions on those I look at more general discussions about every day life. I am not tired of using wonderful My Lot and have been a member of it for over three years.

Welcome back. I am not nearly as active as I have been in the past. Can't actually say I have been totally inactive over the last few years. MyLot is one of my favorite sites to visit and respond.
