Congressional Child Abuse

With the massive debt they continue to load upon the shoulders of future generations, is our Congress guilty of the harshest form of child abuse? They have mortgaged the hopes and dreams of our progeny simply to maintain their own political stature. The worst thing is that most Americans are too busy with the NCAA Tournament and "Dancing With the Stars" to really care. Doesn't that make us complicit in the crime?

We have always been complicit and complacent in almost everything those terrorists in Washington DC have done! Man, please leave the NCAA tourney alone! We are having a ball here in Space City! City is buzzing with excitement and all businesses in the black!

Sorry, I should have used Oprah instead. I'm a bracket fanatic myself. My birthday is March 18 and my wife knows that my present is the 3 weeks of the NCAA's.

Seems like all gov cares about is making gov bigger! thus costing more.. are we at fault too if we are distracted by the worlds glitter of one form or another? well we sure wouldn't be helping or preventing!

I believe you are right. When the President schedules his speech around dancing with the stars for cryin out loud....I believe that citizens, tax payers are just as much to blame for not paying attention and yes this is child abuse!
