Can't see Dhoni holding the cup in any of the photos!

Dont say i am spoiling the celebrations :-) its a simple truth. Bit of a sad incidence - Every team mate was saying that the cup is won for Sachin, the victory is dedicated to Sachin...i played for Sachin!!! The Captain deserved a lot more from the team, definetly a big HUG. But unfortunately, everyone was overzealous and just running along with Sachin. Dhoni would have held the cup for not even 5 seconds, before it was snatched by the youngsters from him!! It was little immature on their part. Which Captain wouldn't want to remember the golden moment of holding & kissing the Trophy for a long long time? I know, not many would like to even read my comment...but be rest assured, this issue will manifest itself in some form or the other soon. Hope Dhoni lives upto his reputation of Mr.Cool!!

Hi This is the maturity od Dhoni. Just till the other day I thought Dhoni to be a little egotist but I was wrong. He is humble and down to earth kind of person. The Cup means a lot for the team not for an individual and that is what we understand from dhoni's being knowingly or unknowingly away from the cup holding and lifting it in the air. I was also surprised yesterday that none spoked a line on Kapil Dev and Ganguli who built the foundation on which India stood and looked at the cup. Besides the team mates also were not speaking a single word in favor of Dhoni and his captaincy that actually made the dream come true.

Hi Dear Ravi! I agree that the other young team mates from Indian Team have taken the Cup in their hands and were running here and there in frenzy! The Captain Dhoni,by keeping cool and balanced not only proved that he is matured and a man with great personality but he indirectly sent the message to the cricket fans that he is really a good captain and he care for his team mates and their emotions! He knew that even if he don't hold the cup, the credit of winning this Cup will come to him only! So by maintaining his cool temperament Dhoni had added one more feather in his cap and further strengthened the poeples' opinion that he is the cool and balanced captain! Ravi, before getting any nice toy for a kid, a father checks the toy several times from all the angels1 But once it is purchased then the toy is never again touched by the father as he enjoys the happiness in the eyes of the kid because of the toy what he got for him! He always knows that the Toy belongs to him, but since it is giving more pleasure to the Kid, he gets happy with the arrangement! Similarly Dhoni is a captain and he knows that his team mates have sweated their blood out for this World Cup and they truly deserve to handle it and spend some time with it! After all the Cup will be associated with him for ever in his life! Thanks or the discussion!

Hi ravi, True even my eyes were searching for this man who deserves the most! But happy to find him with the cup. I got the feel of "what a determination this man has! ". Cool Deserving captain, would like to see more winning moments. Its exciting moment, even Dhoni mentioned " we are not into senses, but we will have celebrations at hotel for 16 hours.". The team was so excited, that 28 years longing was the reason for all those annoyments, but forgivable right

yeah this time u dont saw dhoni holding cup alone but it velongs to dhoni,yuvi and sachin they make this world cup more intresting and fun to watch and due to dhonis decision to bat on no 4 let us win the match he is just awesome
