I Love Italian food...But depends..!

Hi everyone, i just got back from a Italian restaurant. Me and my hubby, we went their for dinner.. I must say the food was awesome. I had Vegetarian Lasagne...yummm..it was delicious!
But this is not the case always...Sometimes we try going to different restaurants than the usual ones. I have had such a bad experience in a restaurant once. We went to this place and ordered pizza...I was starving, so when the food came in and i attacked on it straight away...As most of you know i am a vegetarian, i had ordered a vegetarian pizza...suddenly, i felt something very chewy in my mouth, i spit it out to find that it was a piece of bacon...I nearly vomited everything out!!!
I was so frustrated with those guys...even though they apologised like hundred times, all i could feel was the taste of bacon in my mouth...I felt like suing them but what to do i had to let them go...I didn't pay a single penny and have never gone into that place again.
Do you have had any bad experiences with restaurants? Sometimes when restaurants get busy, they have no clue what they are serving...

Oh... I can feel your madness. I think if I were a vegetarian and I encountered something like this, I would be very angry as well. Just like if I found a fly in my soup and of course, I won't pay a dime for it.
I have experienced that a waitress pour a whole try of drinks on my back, fortunately, it didn't get in in my shirt, just my jacket and little bit of my hair, otherwise, I would be really unhappy with that...

I have had a couple of bad experiences in restaurants, but usually I get what I want if I go to a good restaurant. The couple of times I have had a bad xperience, I don´´t go back there ever. There´s no apology good enough to serve something that you did not order. As another mylotter said here, you might have been allergic to meat

I eat almost anything so I havnen't had an experience like that. There are not alot of things I need made special for me...but I can see where you got a bit frustrated. I do think sometimes they are busy and have miscommunications but just remember they are just human and do make mistakes.....Don't hold it against them!

Hi. sweetme329. I am sorry that your experience with this restaurant was not a good one.
I have a bad experience with some take out food. My husband ordered a pizza from Lil'Ceasars and this pizza was overcooked. The crust was not as soft as it usually is. The pizza was still tasteful, it just looked as if it was left into the oven for a much longer time. I hope that the next pizza is more yummier than this one was.

Absolutely your anger is warranted because it is almost like being allergic and letting them know and they still neglect it and it causes you harm. I found a hair once in a meal as soon as it was placed on the table. I am blonde and the hair was black.
I was so sick to my stomach and refused a new plate, I did not pay nor have I returned their either.
