Have you had results from them and what are they? Are there any out here that does not require you to give up every sugar, bread chip etc.

Reducing Weight is quite tough but not that tough. The only thing is that you should be disciplined with your eating habits. You can eat all food items but you should be in control. Moreover in addition you can start drinking lukewarm in the morning and in the night as well. In the morning consume a full glass of warm water empty stomach and then do not eat or drink anything for the next 30 minutes. Also do the same before you go to sleep. But here you will to take this water after a minimum of 2 hours of your dinner. Before starting this check your weight and then check your weight after 1 month. And then THANK me. LOL. HA HA.

I must say I have become very disciplined with the beyond calories diet. I would never beleive I could become so disciplined. I also am never hungry so I actually force myself to eat. But please tell me this. What does warm water do? You got to explain this stuff too me, don't just have me wondering :)

All the below facts are drawn by me after a healthy discussion with a friend of mine who is a doctor. When you heat the fat (white and gelly like substance) of chicken, pork, etc. it melts. Our body response to hot water is better than to cold water. When we eat food items, the oils in the food tends to stick on the inner surface of the food pipe, which after some time and some process it gets converted into fats. Hence drinking warm water after dinner (at least after half an hour later) helps in the removal of such substance. Drinking warm water helps in cleaning up the remaining which was left in the night. Moreover when you start the drinking water in the morning and night as well, you do not feel like eating more. There are several other reasons too.And they actually work but does not have scientific base as such.

Thanks for sharing this info. I had heard of drinking warm water b/4 and not cold. But wasn't too fond of it as I love ice cold water. But has this worked for you, meaning has it made you lose any weight and have you seen a change in your body? Let me know!!

I am doing Weight Watchers on line and I am doing pretty good on it. I have lost about 12 pounds in 8 weeks but I did have a set back in between, (cheesy fries and hamburgers with your baby sister never a diet pleaser). You can pick and choose how to you your points during the day so if you need a little sweet or salty to make it through you can. I have a big goal of 68 more pounds and I will get there, now just to not eat out with my sister and all will be good.

Congrats on the weight Loss!!! So how does weight watchers plan work? I would love to see if that is more doable then the one that I am on right now which is called beyond calories. I have lost 5 lbs in 6 days so far. I am on day 7 of the diet. I am stopping on day 10.

You sign up either for go to local meetings or online ( I am online) and you keep track of points. Each food has basic make up and based on that make up points are given. Based on weight point allowances for the day are given. There are "cheater" points for little extras given for each week as well to be used or not used. Though if I use mine I gain weight so I ignore these altogether.
