how to gain direct referrals and how to post banner in any sites?

hi guys! its been a year since i started clicking in neobux and onbux and unfortunately, i only earned around $10 from both sites. it is only recently that i've realized that onbux is a scam that's why i already stopped clicking on that site. my account in onbux now is about $8 and i truly regret to continuously click in this site now that i know that it is scam. neobux now changed which makes it quite harder to earn but i still do click on that site because it is already my hobby. can someone please tell me how to get direct referrals and on how to post banners in sites? i alwas rent referrals which makes it quite longer to earn. sigh... so, can somebody please give me an advise? thanks in advance! ^_^
