what is the most effective whitening soap or lotion can you refer? or tips?

i am a fair-skinned girl who wants to have lighter or whiter skin. i have tried different brands of whitening soaps and lotions already but it seems that my skin is not getting any whiter. please help to refer an effective one for me that is not too expensive. I also know there are a lot of clinics now offering services wherein they can help whiten your skin but they are too expensive for me. please help!

it is depends in our skin type, maybe the brand of your whitening lotion or soap that you should use was not suit for you, and you should ask for the advise for the prescribe dermatologists to make sure that the brand of whitening soap/lotion has no side effect or it can't harm you.

I too would want to know what others here and using. I tried a lot of whiting soaps as well but still don't get the best results I wish. I am now using Kojic acid soap, I can feel that my skin becomes lighter now but still I look fairer. Maybe it's because I am too much counting on the soap and has already psychological effects on me already. I will be looking at this discussion to see what others are using, maybe I could try some. :)
