Strange problem with my headphones

Hi eshaan, since the new headphones you bought worked nicely in the shop without any flaw, this means they are in good condition. I think they are not well fixed at home. That's why it can serve its purpose at all. You can hear offline music with the new devices but no effect when online. Please have a thoroughly check to see whether the new software are installed and activated. A window will pop up showing us whether the new device is ready for using. Happy posting

Hi, If you believe you have not been given another piece of headphones, then I feel that the issue should be without your software, i.e. in other words your audio configuration settings. If you are using a soundmax software, trying reconfiguring it. There is anyhow another possibility too. The socket holding the headphone pins might be damaged or out of place, and not allowing the headphones to be in contact with the processor. I have faced the same issue, but with my speakers. I kept doubting my speakers and the issue was with the socket. Hope this helps you. Have a great day!
