Does Google allow Adsense above title?

Recently I played around with the Adsense placements in my Blogger blog. I found a way to put the Google Adsense above the Blog title. That is really a breakthrough in a sense. I never know that it is possible to do so, and judging from the earnings since the changes, it makes sense to leave the Adsense bar above the title page. I just wonder if Google allows us to place Adsense above the title? I cannot find any specific clause against it. If you have read of prohibition in the TOS, please let me know, else I will just let the advertisement remains as it is.
