Setting up wordpress on a domain

Recently, I bought a domain to compile my journal with. I have downloaded wordpress hosting and I find it hard in setting it up. I thought it doesn't need a technical expertise. :-( I need an expert for this. :-)recommendation is accepted anyway. :-)
