Internet is a stock house of knowledge.
I am personally learning so many new things with the help of internet.
This gives me a lot of courage in facing the present updated life...
Many things these days are managed with Internet only...without which we feel handicapped.

Yes, it's true that internet is becoming the center of our life now. No one is left out, fro a child to grandma or grandpa, from handicapped people to the jet setters, everyone needs it. However, I myself do not want to be obsessed with internet, so I still buying some books to get an information, I meet and discuss with friends to share an idea, etc.

Yes that is true - it acts just like a pivot.
Without which we cannot proceed - as many are interlinked with the net.
That is a good idea of going through books so that we will be in touch of reading some matter - as many have avoided reading and writing these days.

I was attracted by your last line. many things these days are managed with internet. I am publishing a book. each and everything is managed by internet. I only got the help of postal service to have my copy. yes it is quick and easy. i don't want to make appointments to speak with the publishers. Just an email works well.

I couldn't do the market research work without the internet. Internet has become the information highway these days, carrying amazing tons of information about a broad variety of things. This is really amazing , the speed in searching and bringing up the information.

Yes, the speed also has increased and parelally our work schedule has also increased.Able to do so many things on the net and also many sies are there to give us entartainment in many fields - this is one more advantage of the net.
Infact, I am benefittted more I feel for myself....

Quite very true dear busybee. I have been staying online most of the day. Though here at my place I do not still trust a lot (Indian Sites be they to pay or even the banks, we are quite much behind) but when it comes to knowledge, Internet is the best Library one can have.
When it comes to working for differently abled people, Internet again is at rescue, and even I too try to get some work from the internet.

Hi thesids, nice to see U after some time.
Yes,at least we are able to do something (work) on the internet managing some flaws in us.
But I found that many do not have knowledge aboyut so many things on the internet.Here it all depends upon one's interest to learn and also struggle to learn.
It is not that easy to achieve something on the net - but only experience teaches.

I think knowledge can be accruired from many sources.these include bookes,teachers and practical experience.and each has its own advantages.the knowledge we gain from books enables us to learn about things that we have no opportunity to experience in daily life.practical experience, on the other hand ,can give us more useful knowledge.it's said that one learns best by doing.

Yes true - I totally agree with what you say.
May be two decades back this was the only way one used to learn with books. Even me too belong to this catagory.
But now, days are changed and if we do not update with the latest technology then we will fall back and have to depend on othes for that.
Still learning from books and gaining practical experiences are necessary for every one...
