Participate Like You're Getting Paid For It! Any Other Secrets?

You know that--in most programs that operate with money--basic participation seemingly only pays a fraction of what referrals seem to pay. I say 'seem' because they both ACTUALLY pay exactly the same! True, 'referrals' give you the strength of 'teamwork' (two men at one penny each, vs. 2,000 men at one penny each); but if those men quit giving their two-cents in order to work on getting the 2,000, the teamwork gets hollowed-out. So I would say that the secret to good referrals in any program is 'to focus on making your own participation good (without paying any attention to "how much you're getting") and to base your referrals more on that practice than on money.' That's why myLot has a referral-code you can add to ANY page on myLot---so that new referrals join us as co-workers rather than -as 'additional payees' (even though 'additional payees' they do become!) Any additional secrets along these lines?

Absolutely as the up-line one has to know the entire system inside out before they attempt to refer anyone. However, from experience it is not always the case. See I am one who has walked and held the hands of many countless referrals and none of the ones I personally have referred have been faithful and or semi-faithful members. So to a sense once you do get the active referral one must continue to help, walk-them, and participate with them as well. Not showing them some encouragement and incentive may not keep them active for too long.

A quick way to do that is to get them to sign up IN ORDER TO participate (as on myLot, when you refer by link to a discussion).

Well, while all that is understood, but the dilemma of all internet relations is how to get referrals? I would decline invitation to 2,000 referral. I am there?

I'm talking about: First, being a good member; THEN, inviting friends (on other networks---Facebook, Twitter, Email, YouTube) TO your good membership.

Referrals are hard to get and harder to keep. If you know the referral personally, you might be able to threaten them.
