Make money from videos????

Hi,
i need to know 3 things,
1. How can i make money from videos?
2. List of sites that pay for uploading videos and other money making by videos.
3. Sites that pay money for each video,ie, it pays a one time amount for the videos.
All help and views r welcome.

1. To make money from your videos, you have to have people watching your videos. The more the better.
2. I don't have a list of sites, but I know blip.tv is well used and known, and legit.
Most people use the site for just hosting and not browsing, so it's better to use it to link to your videos from your main site (blog, whatever).
3. I believe blip.tv pays per view, but I don't know what the exact amount is. It must be very small, so the more viewers the better.

well youtube has a partner program for video makers who make videos with a lot of views. But i think its a little hard to be on that program unless your videos have reached a million of views if i can remember.
But might as well try anyway
