When its too hot.......do u take shower twice in a single day....?

It summer as u all know...and the weather here is uncontrollable cause it is near to the equator...soo temperatures here reach upto 40 degree Celsius!!!! sometimes...
So in summer i cant have a good night sleep until i have a shower before going to bed...do you guys do the same thing?

It really depends on what I've been doing. If I was working outside, I would take a 2nd shower. I don't like that sticky feeling. Best Wishes!

I am this way as well. I need to wash after I work out and thats usually in the middle of the day and then if I do yard work or am busy outside, which I usually am, then another shower is called for to allow me to wash all the daily grim away.

When the weather is too hot I take more than a shower per day. And to support in a better way the hot temperatures I wet my head in the fountains. But sleeping is the worst thing because I cannot mantain windows opened and in the morning the room reach very high temperatures.

Definitely. When it's too hot I could spend my whole day in the shower, I don't like pools, so I prefer the shower. I take several showers during summer days.
