Be careful not to spread yourself too thin.

If there is one piece of advice that I can give to people who are looking to earn money, other than carefully research things before you sign up, is to not spread yourself too thin. It is very enticing to sign up to every little money making website and think that you can make more money. Actually all this does is leave you too much to keep track of and thus, while you might make some money here and there, a lot of the times, you just drive yourself to a point of a breakdown. In the end, just sign up for a select few websites that can pay. Perhaps add a couple here and there, subtract a couple when they take a turn for the worse, but don't do too much. Instead of making more money, you're going to make less.

I only belong to 2 money making websites, and I'm certainly no millionaire but it's the best amount for me as I can earn little bits at a time without having to participate on many different websites.

I prefer a few stable websites that really do add some money here and some money here over time. I don't expect to make an insane amount but still every little bit helps. Plus it does all add up over time. The Internet is a really large place and there are so many places where one can potentially earn and even more places where they claim you earn, but they are false starts at best and scams at worst. It really doesn't take too loong before you can find yourself pulled in too many directions. there just may not be enough of you to go around to everything you have promised. Caution is best when alloting your time to so many areas.@megamatt (14292)

In the end, we only have so much time in the day. Therefore, we got to be careful where we allow that amount of time to really be spread carefully. We need to pick and choose are spots wisely. Perhaps have a few websites that we might consider, in case those few that we have chosen do not work out way too easily.
