It is about a 16 year old named Hanna (played by Saoirse Ronan) who was raised by her father(Eric Bana) to be the perfect assassin, and she is dispatched on a mission across Europe, tracked by a ruthless intelligence agent and her(Cate Blanchett) operatives. Movie reminds me of Natalie Portman;s first movie ever (she is like 11 years old in this movie) The movie is titled Leon the Professional and I saw some similarities with the plot, But on that movie there is more focus with the menthor than the girl , This movie is interesting since its the point of view of the apprentice to be fleshed out. Its so weird to see Cate Blanchett with red hair, I get used to see her as a bleach blond that looks like a fairy/elf.

Yes, it's similar to that movie "Leon", maybe this is the modern version. Cate Blanchett had red hair when she played Elizabeth- she was so beautiful there, and in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button too.

I will watch i because of the powerhouse acting of the cast and the girl have moves. she executes her moves very fast, she looks like a real fatal assassin.

I just watched the trailer and I didn't understand it very much. But I'll still watch the movie coz I happen to know the movie "the Lovely Bones". Hope they would give the date soon so that I could prepare money ahead of time.

It's actually been showing since April 8 , and i heard lots of good reviews about it. I am only watching the movie because of Saoirse Ronan(how do you even pronounce her name?) and Cate Blanchett too. I love their acting.

Sorry, I don't know how to pronounce it but I agree about their acting. I'm still about to watch it cause the movie theaters here showed it on May and I can't afford to watch it on the theaters so I'm waiting for the soft version. I'm a pirate anyway. :)

The trailers looks good and I like Eric Bana and Cate Blanchett - not really familiar with the lead girl.. But I stil love it since it has lots of action, kind of like a little James Bond.

The lead girl is still a new actress, only done a few movies but all of them became famous though..i think she will be a big star soon. yeah, the movie looks a bit like a James Bond movie..

I have seen the movie Hanna. If I am not mistaken then there was a women dancer. The movie is really good.

Woman dancer? I haven't really seen the movie myself yet- so I don't know... Who was she..was it Hanna? Now i really want to see this movie too. THank you for your response on this movie.
