You can do it like the Japanese and use umbrellas when you go to the beach. You can even walk around town with an umbrella, call it old fashioned but if you like attention you will surely receive it.

I protect my skin using a sunblock with high SPF. I badly need it everyday because the heat of the sun in our countyr is very intense. You may try using a sunblock that won't irritate your skin. If you have a sensitive skin, you may want to consult first a derma so you will be given prescription for the right sunblock that won't harm your skin. :)

It is very important that we apply sunblock to protect our skin from the harmful effects of the sun. I am told by a dermatologist that in applying sunblock in our face we need half a teaspoon to totally protect our skin and in our neck, 1teaspoon. Also sun rays causes our skin to dry.

Before you plan to go out your house don't forget to apply sun block lotion with greater spf to protect your skin from harmful effects of the sun's rays which in greater effect would lead to skin cancer. Better be prepared than it's too late. Stay away from sun exposure from 9am to 3pm if possible.

I am going to wear sunglasses to protect my eyes. I will wear a wide brimmed hat. I will cover up my arms and legs when the sun is at its strongest. I will wear a high factor suncream. I want to a sunshade on my disabled son's wheelchair. When I was 20 years old I traveled to Australia. I met some people with skin cancer. I learned how to protect my skin from the harmful rays of the sun. The shock for me was when I met a man in my home country that has skin cancer and I was 19 years old. The ozone layer is thinner above Australia. When I was 29 years old I traveled to New Zealand and even on a dull day getting sun burnt skin was a possibility. So I put suncream on every day just in case.
