Everyone is wondering why this wedding is important while there is so much strife in the world. Because it effects the economy, that's why. It produces optimism, the mother of hope. The queen made them wait so long because she wanted to know that it would remain a positive reflection of the UK. Yes, England does have a huge impact on world economy! Do you agree?

Nah! I think its all because of the media hype. I understand why Brits are excited, it's their monarchy after all. But In other countries like the Philippines, it should have been nothing but a passing news. Because of this wedding I miss a lot of relevant news.

I don't bother with the "news". I get mine straight from the news sources like Bnet and Cnet. The broadcast and local news everywhere is controlled by politics and trying to sell Ajax. They never cover the whole truth, just the part that will keep the viewer tuned in throughout the commercials.

Absolutely....and they sent out a very positive message to everyone..for a few hours millions of people watched and felt the love....in a way nothing else could spread the feeling...a wedding where two people.....who fell in love....finally got together.....and they seem to be real people...not royality that just struts their stuff!
