these days breast cancer is so common. maybe it is due to the kind of food that we are served and that we eat, the polluted air, the radiations. in our city i attended a seminar on this. the lady who presided demonstrated to us how to do examination on breasts for cancer nodules inside. it is real easy to do in your bed room in front of mirror. i tried it at home. am happy i didnt find or touched nodules there. i taught my daughter too and she is happy do you examine your breasts yourself at comforts of bed room? i am sharing this in the hope that mylot members find this helpful. and i say, it is a must to have a physician check you thoroughly too. oh! and do you think men can equally be exposed to breast cancer too? please share your views. ann
