Which is the best method to keep your body active?

From my point of view and as I do we, in morning we should go for jogging for 2 kilometers.You will feel fresh for the whole day.you will be ready to do any work.

Brisk Walking - Early morning exercise
Brisk walking every morning for at least 45 to an hour has been my daily exercise routine. It is the cheapest, simplest but the most effective way of keeping fit. I have proven this myself and I would like to recommend this to every one who wants to live a healthier life. Instead of going to the gym and spend money you can always exercise for free by brisk walking. Try it.

hmm i think our opinion is similiar dude, i also think jogging can keep our body active, i also do some jumping with rope here, and play some football it will keep us more healthy..not only sit in front of the computer
