Vitamins

Vitamins are one of the most important elements in our body. Generally vitamins protect us from different types of disease. I like to eat vitamins every day to keep myself fit and fine. Generally I like to eat more and more Vitamin-C, because vitamins-C is very good for our liver. I think if we able to keep our live good then maximum disease will be automatically prevented. For vitamin - I like to eat sour fresh fruit, like orange, lemon, apple, etc. Except vitamin- C all the vitamins like Vitamin- A, B, A, D, E etc. are also very essential for our body. Generally except one or two vitamins maximum vitamins we had to take through the foods. I think generally vitamins are produced in the plants body. So I think we have to eat every fresh vegetables to fulfill the desire amount of vitamins in our body. That is why i eat fresh vegetables every day. Vitamins are most important for the patients. Some times in the form of medicine we can take vitamins to prevent our disease. So I think we should take vitamins every day in a proper amount to keep our body fit an fine.
