how many discussions have you started today in mylot?

hmm i think so far, i have started 6 discussions today here in mylot and have answered about 4 discussions from friends. :)
do you count, keep track of all your activities here in mylot? i do keep a note in the air of how many discussions i started for the day. somehow it keeps me on track, ready and it makes me feel good that i have done something in mylot today, a few more cents closer to pay out. hehe =)

I don't start discussions unless I have something to say, and that doesn't happens a lot. I'm much more creative with discussions.

In fact it is not easy for me to think out good discussions. This is why I often prefer to comment to others' discussions. But today I posted two new discussions. However, one of them has zero response. It is a bit disappointing because it is out of my expectation anyway.

Don't be discouraged if your discussion gets zero response. Some of my discussions with zero responses get responded to after a month or more. 
Try to evaluate other's discussion on why they get lots of responses. From there you can gauge how to make one again.

When I first read your topic I began wondering how you can possibly start 6 discussions in just one day and be able to keep up with them all 
So I went to your profile to check how you manage it and there I see that you have not started 'discussions' but simply posted some questions 
A discussion is an exchange of opinions between two or more people and unless you comment on the responses that your questions receive, they are not discussions at all (and you are not earning for them either because you do NOT earn for the responses that others post).
The last discussion that I started was over a month ago and I have not started any more because I do not have enough time to keep up with the comments to those who respond. Instead I pass the time responding and commenting on topics started by others and catching up with comments on the new responses on my previous discussions.

I usually don't keep track of how many responses I write in a day but with the discussions started by me it is really easy to count. The last one I started was... let's see... two months ago.
I am not too good at starting discussions and that's why I seldom create a new topic. But this doesn't mean that I don't do anything in myLot. I'm sure you know that responding to others discussions earns as much as starting a new topic does.

I've never thought of keeping track of my activities on mylot but it's worth a try!
Today I have started 2 discussions and responded to 9, which isn't that many, but it's still pretty early.
Do you set yourself a goal of how many discussions to start/respond to each day?
