Since it is almost impossible for us to get the right amount of nutrients from our modern diet, supplements are very essential to give the proper nutrition our body needs. I was enlightened of the importance of food supplements that's why I chose to drink one. Have you heard of Intra? It is a food supplements made up of 23 botanical extracts. Intra supports the body's 8 biological systems such as cardiovascular, digestive, eliminative, hormone, immune, nervous, reproductive and structural. I am already using the product for almost a month. Because of the product, I can sleep well. After a whole day of work, I am not tired.... I am still energetic. And best of all, I am free of migraine. Yes, what a wonderful life.

I am currently not taking any food supplements. Heck! I don't even take my vitamins! I'm just so lazy to take them even if I only have to throw them in my mouth, gulp some water and just be done with it. I recently took a milk supplement for me to gain weight. I have always been underweight and despite all the vitamins my mom would give me, I still didn't gain weight over the years except when I got pregnant. In 2 months time, I gained 10 pounds. I was so happy because I don't have to wear my belts on my pants anymore since my tummy can hold it already. I had some flesh already too. Until lately I observed, I somehow got stuck with my weight and starts to lose interest on food again. I need 5 kilos more to achieved my desired weight. I stopped drinking it for now, maybe I'll resume drinking it again soon. I wish I can stop procrastinating. It is for my benefit anyway.

May I know what milk supplement did you use before? I will refer it to my husband. He needs to gain weight because he is so thin. Maybe his metabolism is so fast. Or maybe it is in the genes. His parents and siblings are slim. Look, how funny it is. My husband needs to gain weight while I need to lose weight. How can we achieve it at the same time?

I will share your experience to my husband. Maybe we'll check the website of appeton or seek medical advise before purchasing it because my husband is lactose intolerant. As for me, yes I want to shed those pounds that I gained. In fact, I posted "returning to pre-pregnancy weight or shape" and "how long should i use abdominal binder" in order to get some tips on how to lose the remaining five kilos. I will follow your advice, I will not pressure myself to lose weight. :)
