Mylot's CashGopher, how does it work?

Soo, I just visited GoAskAlice's profile and read a discussion talking about CashGopher. Something made by MyLot. A new way to earn? Can someone explain to me what it does exactly? and and if we leave it on, we WILL always get paid monthly? like we WILL ALWAYS reach the minimum payout? Quite confused. And and do you have to be in the US to use this or can countries in Asia use this as well? Like India or Philippines or Japan? :D Please and Thank you. :]

just let your computer idle, then they will pay you. i leave that program, because not give me a big profit. even thought that site was mylot's sister i prefer using mylot than that site.

i don't know how that work, but it just paying your online time. they will calculate your online time.
