Push-ups are one of the most efficient way to help get a shapeless upper torso to a fully sculpted chest and a well formed triceps that women do love. As of now my brother, have devoted all his free time to pushups, crunches, squats and jogging to have a well shape body since its summer and to lose a lot of weight as well. These simple exercises are efficient yet slow in bulking up but the truth is it’s a small way of starting a healthy lifestyle.

Yes, i agree. Push ups is the best form of exercise for a good body. It's the basic because according to my brother, he says there's no point in going to the gym lifting pounds of weight when one can't even handle their own body weight. Push ups is good, so is chin ups. Being a women, i don't have the upper body strength for chin ups, so i can only do push ups. I'm not doing the women's kind of push ups, i'm doing those standard push ups of man.

I do it as part of my physiotherapy exercise after I fractured a couple of vertebrae, but with my hands resting behind which is supposed to help align the backbone/spine.
