one of my friends sent me a link to a video talking about a new form of exercise. it was pole dancing and i was wondering if it was true? personally i wouldn't consider it as exercise, but more of a dance style. so what do you think of this and have you every tried it? was it fun?

Yeah, I think it is true some actresses here in our country are doing pole dancing since it does help your body to be stronger and more fit. Since it requires lots of practice and all... it's a really hard thing to do.

thats cool to hear. so is it some thing that you've ever tried? it looks like some thing that would require a lot of strength to do. ya i would expect that you would need alot of practice for some of the moves that they do.

Nah, I have never tried pole dancing.. Since it requires lots of arm strength and all ( i can't even o push ups )- I am not really into exercising so I think it would be hard for me to do pole dancing.

anything that gets you moving is exercise.i know where im from some cities offer pole dancing classes for those who want to stay fit and some who want to feel more confident with their bodies. i personally have never done it though.

Very true, Its what you call alternative exercises. Pole dancing engages several body part including arms, legs, back and of course your core (abs). You need to have strong muscles in order to support yourself ans you need to be flexible in order for the forms to look good. Both of these can also be earned by going to the gym and making stretches. Pole dancing merges these two aspects, in turn, making who ever tries it on a regular basis .. fit.
