If you notice, Joseph Carlo Candare is trending on Yahoo Philippines now, why? because he wrote a blog about the cat that he killed and he's studying at well known and one of the respected University in the Philippines. Darn it gave me shivers he is cold blooded one how can he killed that innocent kitten 
there's a Animal Welfare Act here I hope those animal activist will pay attention and served what is the right punishment to this CAT KILLER 
no one has the right to take away someone's life human or not.
It gave me heartaches knowing that someone out there treating this innocent creature in this way I hope he will pay for this.

Absolutely, I've search his page on facebook and there are lots of bad comments about him. Some say it happens sometimes 2009 and it only become trending this month so I don't know if he got punished. Lets just hope that Animal welfare society will take actions and he will have his lesson learned.

He said on his blog that he has this certain hatred to cats. But does he have any right to do that to the cat? Now a lot of people probably hate him now because of what he did. Can we throw him also just like the way he did it to the cat? No because we do have conscience, unlike him. With his actions like that, though he's studying in that famous university, it doesn't prove that he's an intelligent person.

He has no right to do that, even if he hate cats. It happened a year ago I think and since this blog, I haven't heard any news about what happen to him, if he serves his community work. I just he hope that he learns from his mistake and never never hurt any animals specially cat he stumble upon.

I also hope so, maybe this time he realized that CATS are better be loved and not killed. I wonder how is he doing right now, is he serving the PAWS by taking care of CATS? I hope his view in CAT will change. There is no follow-up on him.

Yes, i have heard about what he had done a few days ago and he was quite regretful about it and is now taking care of some cats in PAw. I got so angry at him for killing that poor kitty, since cats are my favorite animals and he just jumped on that little cat over and over again.. animal cruelty is really bad,especially for a student studying in a good school.

There are lots of animal cruelty happen everyday, it's hard to stop unless they give examples of punished people. I think he's one spoiled brat and he was not introduce to cats when he was a child that's why he hates cats.
Hope he gets punish for what he's done, it's not normal to be proud of killing an domesticated pets.
